First Release Properties
The rolling programme for completing Matlock Spa has now begun. Spa Villas and the first phase of Crescent Spa have now been completed and include 2-bed apartments, penthouses, 3-bed townhouses, 3-storey townhouses and 4-bed detached houses. There will be a future release of more apartments in Spa Lofts in 2022 and the remaining Spa Villages will follow on after that.
Detached Houses
The flowing contours of the upper plateau of the old quarry have inspired the development of gentle crescents which will include, in the first phase, two handsome detached 4-bed houses.
